Everything stems from your feet.
Feet shoulder width apart.
One foot slightly in font of the other.
Weight should be on the balls of your feet.
Butt should be out.
Shoulders rolled forward.
(Shoulders should be close to neck)
Arms should be straight. (elbows locked)
Arms create a 45 degree angle with the body.
Place one hand inside the other and bring thumbs together.
Fingers should not be interlocked.
Ball should contact arms between elbows and wrists.
Use legs as an elevator.
Do not swing arms!
Keep ball in front of you at all times.
